1 | Authenticity
I believe Authenticity is strongest when it is grounded in your present reality. Through our practice and meditations we strengthen our empathic connection and find solace in our container. Here we discover what you are most viscerally and emotively connected to in the present moment. Here we tap into your most impactful past life experiences and what they evoke in you presently. In your process of Authenticity we return to the life experience(s) where your song within begins.
2 | Root of Desire
In your song you have an opportunity ask the universe for something you want. Of course a song can be as simple as The Beatles “I want to hold your hand”, but have you ever wondered why? Was it a desire for requited love or to save someone from a catastrophe? This will be your Mantra and birthplace of your rich poeticism.
